Prepaid Orders:
Full payment required via Razorpay gateway.
No additional processing fees.
Cash on Delivery (COD):
₹100 advance booking fee applies (non-refundable).
Remaining balance paid upon delivery.
Orders are confirmed only after payment verification.

4. Shipping Policy

Processing Time: 3–7 business days.
Tracking details emailed upon dispatch.
Delays due to logistics partners are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Replacements

Replacements Offered Only For:
Shipping-damaged items with valid unboxing video (submitted within 48 hours).
Manufacturing defects under warranty.
No Returns Accepted For:
Buyer’s remorse, sizing, or color preferences.
₹100 COD fee remains non-refundable in all cases.
