4. Shipping Policy
- Processing Time: 3–7 business days.
- Tracking details emailed upon dispatch.
- Delays due to logistics partners are beyond our control.
5. Returns & Replacements
- Replacements Offered Only For:
- Shipping-damaged items with valid unboxing video (submitted within 48 hours).
- Manufacturing defects under warranty.
- No Returns Accepted For:
- Buyer’s remorse, sizing, or color preferences.
- ₹100 COD fee remains non-refundable in all cases.
